1. INTRODUCTION Users must agree to these terms to use our services. If you disagree, please refrain from using our services.

2. DEFINITIONS

  • Content": Information, software, photos, videos, graphics, music, sound, and other materials on the Website or through the Service.

  • "Service": Venue booking, entertainment, advertisements, ticket sales, and information provided by LittleTix through the Website and/or SMS.

  • "Intellectual Property Rights": Copyrights, trademarks, patents, and other worldwide intellectual property rights.

  • "Page": A page on the Website.

  • "PDPs": Potentially destructive programs like worms, trojan horses, and viruses.

  • "Server": The server used by LittleTix to host the Website.

  • "Ticket": A ticket acquired via the Website for an Event.

  • "Terms": These terms and conditions.

  • "User": An individual or entity registered with LittleTix.

  • "User's Equipment": The User's computer equipment and telecommunications necessary for accessing the Service.

  • "Website": The website at www.little-tix.com or other URLs determined by LittleTix.

  • "LittleTix": Refers to LittleTix.

  • "Event": A specified event for which Tickets are sold by a Promoter via the Website.

  • "Venue": Entities signed up with LittleTix to promote a specific venue.

  • "Rep": A User who promotes Events and receives a commission for bookings made through their link.

  • "Software": Software owned by LittleTix licensed to Venues and/or Promoters.

  • "Promoter": Refers to LittleTix.

3. APPLICABILITY These Terms are effective upon user registration and remain in force unless terminated.

4. VARIATION OF TERMS LittleTix may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting or notification. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain User's Equipment.

  • Comply with data protection and laws.

  • Only authorized users may use the Service.

  • Do not copy, store, modify, or distribute Content.

  • LittleTix may refuse or limit access at any time.

  • Promoters and Venues may access user names and emails for event attendance purposes.

  • LittleTix may use video footage or photography for promotional purposes.

6. TICKET SALES

  • LittleTix acts as an agent for Promoters and Venues.

  • Payment discharges User's debt to the Promoter or Venue.

  • Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred or renamed with a fee.

  • Refunds for canceled events are handled by the Promoter or Venue.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All materials on the Website are copyrighted by LittleTix or third parties.

  • Users cannot modify, use, or distribute Website materials without permission.

8. USERS WARRANTIES

  • Users must not breach third-party rights or laws.

  • Accurate and true information must be provided to LittleTix.

  • Breach of warranties may result in a ban from using the Service.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • LittleTix is not liable for damages from attending events or using venues.

  • Service is provided "as is" without warranties.

  • Liability is limited to the higher of £100 or the price of tickets/bookings.

10. TERMINATION

  • Any party may terminate the agreement immediately with written notice.

  • LittleTix may terminate use for non-payment of fees.

11. GENERAL

  • LittleTix's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of rights.

  • Users cannot assign these Terms without LittleTix's consent.

  • Notices are given via email or the Website.

  • These Terms are governed by English law.
